Take Advantage of this Service for Your Students

The application form will go live on Tuesday, June 11, at 1:00 PM. The application will consist of some simple questions about your school/district and its current nursing services. The application should be able to be completed in under 5 minutes.

Schools and Districts that complete the application form will be provided a prioritized review of their application against the established selection criteria and receive notice of project funding. 

The application window will be open as long as there are project funds available to fund telenursing activities.
